Data Tec, Inc is located in Manchester, Missouri a suburb of St. Louis and part of the heartland of America.  We develop, enhance, and support both Dental software for Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records.

Company History
Founded in 1982, we started developing our office software in 1983, involving doctors from the beginning.  We installed our first Practice Management office system in March 1984.  We have always taken the approach of involving our clients in the design and enhancement of our software.  We believe that software must be easy to use and learn or the features won't be used.    When the industry switched from DOS based systems to Windows platforms, we provided a completely new Windows Version of our software along with a data conversion program.  We didn't require our clients to purchase a new system, like many of our competitors.  The same is true of Windows Vista.

We keep up the latest technology, always striving to integrate useful techniques, like Tablet PC's, Label Printers, Scanners, and Imaging equipment.  Our niche is working closely with our clients to help them with their individual potentials.

We realize that the most important members to our team are actually our clients.  We work closely with office staffs for both product development and support because we know our success is measured by our clients success!
